NextGen Hospitality Solutions is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our rapidly expanding restaurant group in San Diego. As the CFO, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our company by providing insightful financial leadership and guidance. Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee financial strategies that align with the company's growth objectives
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards
- Lead fundraising efforts and build relationships with investors and banks
- Implement effective financial controls and reporting systems
- Advise on long-term business and financial planning
- Analyze financial data to drive business strategies and operational improvements
- Oversee the finance and accounting teams to ensure accuracy and integrity in financial reporting
Requirements
- Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in financial management, preferably in the restaurant industry
- Proven track record as a Director or Vice President of Finance
- Exceptional knowledge of corporate finance and capital markets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent leadership and team management capabilities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with other executives and departments
