NextGen Hospitality Solutions is seeking a Director of Operations for our Chef Driven Mexican Restaurant Group, based in Colorado Springs. This full-time, on-site position offers a unique opportunity to lead and enhance the operations of a vibrant restaurant group that emphasizes culinary excellence and customer satisfaction.

As the Director of Operations, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic vision and operational efficiency across our locations. You will oversee daily operations, optimize processes, and ensure that our teams deliver exceptional dining experiences. This position is integral to fostering a dynamic work environment that reflects our passion for authentic Mexican cuisine and exceptional service.

We offer a competitive salary range of $140,000 - $160,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth within a flourishing industry.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations and ensure consistent delivery of high-quality food and service
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to optimize profitability
  • Build and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers
  • Lead, mentor, and develop restaurant management teams
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Analyze operational data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with the executive team on strategic planning and growth initiatives

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an operations management role within the restaurant industry
  • Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, financial management, and marketing strategies
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on team collaboration
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Proficiency in restaurant management software and tools
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred
