NextGen Hospitality Solutions is excited to announce an opportunity for an Event Sales & Marketing Manager to join our vibrant team at our casual dining restaurant group in Milwaukee. This full-time, on-site position plays a pivotal role in driving our event sales and enhancing our marketing strategies within the bustling restaurant industry.

In this role, you will lead initiatives to attract and engage guests for private events, creating memorable experiences that contribute significantly to our brand's growth. You’ll work closely with the culinary and service teams to design unique event offerings and collaborate on marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience. We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $70,000 annually, along with opportunities for career advancement in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote private events
• Build and maintain relationships with potential clients and partners
• Organize event logistics, from planning to execution
• Collaborate with culinary teams to curate specialized event menus

• Manage budgets and ensure profitability of events

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Hospitality, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in event sales or marketing within the hospitality industry
• Strong knowledge of event planning and execution
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
• Proficient in digital marketing tools and social media platforms
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
