Executive Assistant to the Founder & CEO

A rapidly growing multi-unit restaurant company is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Executive Assistant to work directly alongside the Founder & CEO. This newly created position offers a unique opportunity to become a key member of the leadership team while gaining exposure to operations, finance, strategic planning, growth initiatives, and executive decision-making.

This is far more than a traditional administrative role. You'll serve as a trusted business partner to the CEO, helping manage priorities, execute projects, improve organizational efficiency, and support the continued growth of a successful and expanding organization.

What You'll Do

Executive & Leadership Support

  • Manage the CEO's calendar, priorities, meetings, and daily workflow
  • Ensure key initiatives remain on track through consistent follow-up and accountability
  • Coordinate communication across leadership and department teams
  • Assist with planning, organization, and execution of strategic projects
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and executive communications

Project Management & Business Operations

  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and special projects
  • Track project timelines, deliverables, and action items
  • Support operational improvements and process optimization efforts
  • Help identify opportunities to increase efficiency and organizational effectiveness

Research & Business Analysis

  • Conduct market, vendor, competitive, and operational research
  • Gather information and present findings in a clear, actionable format
  • Assist with strategic planning and growth initiatives
  • Support decision-making through analysis and recommendations

Vendor & Administrative Coordination

  • Source vendors, products, and services
  • Obtain pricing, proposals, and competitive bids
  • Maintain organized records, documentation, and reporting systems
  • Coordinate communication with external partners and service providers

Executive Project Support

  • Assist with select business and personal projects for the CEO
  • Coordinate schedules, logistics, research, and vendor management
  • Handle confidential matters with professionalism and discretion

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience supporting senior executives, business owners, or leadership teams
  • Experience as an Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, Operations Coordinator, Project Coordinator, Office Manager, or similar role
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and modern business software
  • Self-starter who can work independently and anticipate needs before they arise

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $90,000 - $110,000
