This full-time, on-site position offers a fantastic opportunity to lead a talented culinary team and create exceptional dining experiences that showcase our commitment to quality and innovation in the restaurant industry.
As the Executive Chef, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing kitchen operations, menu development, and culinary excellence. Your expertise will guide our kitchen team in crafting delightful dishes that reflect seasonal ingredients and contemporary culinary trends, ensuring that every guest enjoys an unforgettable experience. We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 - $120,000 annually, along with a collaborative work environment that promotes creativity and growth within our team.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute innovative and seasonal menus
- Manage kitchen operations, ensuring food quality and presentation
- Supervise and train kitchen staff, fostering a positive work environment
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock management
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with management on budget planning and cost control
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and local farmers
- Stay current with culinary trends and incorporate them into menu offerings
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and kitchen operations
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to create and adapt menus based on seasonal availability
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to high standards of food quality and safety
- Degree in Culinary Arts or related field is preferred
