As the Executive Chef / Executive Kitchen Manager, you will play a vital role in overseeing the kitchen operations, from menu development to food presentation, ensuring our guests receive the highest quality of service and cuisine. You will lead a talented culinary team, implement innovative cooking techniques, and maintain our commitment to excellence in the fast-paced restaurant industry. We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000 - $90,000 annually, reflecting the importance of this role in our organization.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and design seasonal menus that reflect the brand's vision and guest preferences
  • Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring food quality, safety, and consistency
  • Manage kitchen staff, providing training, mentorship, and performance evaluations
  • Maintain inventory control and manage food costs effectively
  • Collaborate with management on kitchen budget and financial goals
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar leadership role in a restaurant setting
  • Strong culinary skills with a focus on upscale casual dining
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
