We are seeking a visionary and accomplished Executive Chef to lead the culinary direction of a refined, high-end dining concept known for exceptional cuisine, elevated service, and an uncompromising commitment to excellence.

Position Overview

As Executive Chef, you will set the standard for the entire culinary operation. You will drive menu innovation, ensure flawless execution, and build a team that takes pride in delivering a best-in-class dining experience.

Working closely with front-of-house leadership, you will help create a seamless and memorable guest journey—from kitchen execution to table presentation.

Key Responsibilities

Culinary Leadership & Innovation

  • Design and evolve a seasonally inspired menu focused on quality, consistency, and presentation
  • Maintain and elevate standards expected of a premier fine dining experience
  • Balance creativity with brand integrity and operational excellence

Kitchen Operations

  • Oversee all back-of-house operations including prep, execution, plating, and sanitation
  • Ensure precision in every dish with a strong focus on detail, timing, and consistency
  • Maintain strict compliance with food safety and regulatory standards

Team Leadership & Development

  • Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing culinary team
  • Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement
  • Provide hands-on coaching and mentorship to elevate performance at all levels

Guest Experience

  • Partner with service leadership to deliver a seamless, elevated dining experience
  • Engage with guests when appropriate to enhance the connection between cuisine and service
  • Address feedback proactively with a solutions-oriented mindset

Financial & Operational Management

  • Manage food cost, labor, and inventory with a strong understanding of upscale dining economics
  • Drive operational efficiencies while maintaining uncompromised quality
  • Oversee purchasing, vendor relationships, and sourcing of premium ingredients

Qualifications

  • Proven success as an Executive Chef in a fine dining or upscale environment
  • Strong foundation in classical culinary techniques with a modern, creative perspective
  • Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and retain top talent
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and operational discipline
  • Solid financial acumen, including food and labor cost management
