In this role, you will play a critical part in overseeing kitchen operations, menu development, and staff management while ensuring the highest standards of food quality and safety. Responsibilities

  • Oversee all kitchen operations and ensure compliance with food safety regulations
  • Develop and design innovative and seasonal menus
  • Manage kitchen staff, providing training and support
  • Maintain kitchen inventory, ordering supplies as needed
  • Collaborate with management to develop culinary strategies
  • Monitor food preparation and presentation to ensure quality standards
  • Engage with guests to gather feedback and enhance their dining experience
  • Implement cost control measures to maximize profitability

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Kitchen Manager
