Overview
This is a field-driven leadership role for someone who knows how to make restaurants perform by building strong people, clean operations, and consistent execution. You will oversee multiple fast-casual locations across Central Illinois, coach General Managers to higher performance, and help shape a market positioned for growth.
This is not a desk job. It is an opportunity for a hands-on operator who loves being in the restaurants, developing talent, fixing problems fast, and driving results that show up on the P&L.
What Will You Be Doing
- Lead day-to-day performance across multiple fast-casual restaurant locations
- Drive sales, labor, food cost, profitability, and overall operational execution
- Hire, coach, develop, and retain General Managers and restaurant teams
- Ensure strong brand standards, food safety, and guest experience across every unit
- Partner with GMs on staffing, scheduling, and local store marketing efforts
- Identify underperforming locations and build practical turnaround plans
- Support new store openings and help execute market expansion plans
- Review results, spot trends, and present action plans to senior leadership
Experience Needed
- 3–5+ years of multi-unit restaurant leadership experience
- Strong background in fast-casual or high-volume restaurant operations
- Proven success developing managers and improving restaurant-level performance
- Solid financial skills, including reading and acting on P&L results
- A hands-on leadership style with strong field presence
- ServSafe certification or ability to obtain
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout the district daily
