NextGen Hospitality Solutions is looking for a Financial Controller to join our esteemed team in Atlanta. This full-time, on-site position is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented finance professional to play a pivotal role in the financial management of our restaurant group.

As the Financial Controller, you will oversee all financial operations, ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining accurate financial records. Your expertise will directly contribute to strategic planning and financial decision-making, helping us achieve our business goals in the dynamic restaurant industry.

We offer a competitive salary range of $105,000 - $115,000 annually, along with a robust benefits package and opportunities for professional development within our growing organization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all financial operations and reporting
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
• Conduct financial analysis and forecasting to support strategic decisions
• Manage budgeting and financial planning processes
• Coordinate with external auditors during financial audits
• Implement and maintain effective internal controls
• Monitor cash flow and optimize financial performance
• Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team
• Collaborate with management to improve financial processes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in financial management, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Proven experience in multi-unit restaurant, hospitality, or retail environments
• Advanced proficiency in Restaurant365 (required)
• Deep understanding of P&L management, cost controls, and operational finance
