As the General Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, customer service, and staff management. You will play a pivotal role in driving sales, enhancing customer satisfaction, and fostering a positive work environment. This position offers an excellent opportunity to make a significant impact and contribute to our growth and success, with a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $75,000 annually.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and management
- Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Manage staff recruitment, training, and development
- Maintain high standards of food quality and safety
- Monitor inventory levels and manage supply orders

Requirements
- Proven experience as a General Manager or similar role in the restaurant industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Strong understanding of financial management and budgeting
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
