We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $100,000 annually, along with a supportive work culture and opportunities for growth within our organization. 10K -20K potential annual bonus
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant to ensure efficiency
- Manage staff recruitment, training, and development
- Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Implement marketing strategies to drive sales and promote the brand
- Maintain cleanliness and adherence to health and safety regulations
- Analyze financial reports to optimize profitability
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors
- Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Hospitality Management is a plus
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Basic understanding of financial management and budgeting
