NextGen Hospitality Solutions is excited to announce an opening for a General Manager for our high-volume, growing coffee concept located in San Diego. This full-time, on-site position presents a unique opportunity to lead and inspire a vibrant team in the fast-paced restaurant industry, where exceptional customer service and quality are at the forefront of our mission.

As the General Manager, you will be instrumental in overseeing daily operations, driving sales, and ensuring that our coffee concept delivers an outstanding experience to every guest. Your leadership will foster a positive team environment and contribute to our commitment to excellence and innovation in the coffee sector. We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $90,000 annually, along with opportunities for professional growth and advancement within our expanding company.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient workflow
• Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer service
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
• Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships
• Maintain high standards of food and beverage quality and safety
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Conduct regular staff meetings and performance evaluations
• Analyze financial reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement

Requirements

• Proven experience as a General Manager or similar role in the restaurant industry
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Strong understanding of financial management and budgeting
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
