As a General Manager / Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations, ensuring a seamless customer experience, and driving sales growth. You will lead a dedicated team, implement effective operational strategies, and maintain high standards of quality and service that reflect our company's mission and values.

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $100,000 annually, along with a robust benefits package and opportunities for professional development within the dynamic restaurant industry.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the grocery store, ensuring compliance with company policies and standards
• Lead, mentor, and motivate staff to achieve high levels of customer service and operational efficiency
• Manage inventory control and merchandising strategies to maximize sales and profitability
• Implement and monitor performance metrics to drive store success
• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
• Foster a positive work environment and promote team collaboration
• Address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities

Requirements

• 3+ years of management experience in a grocery or retail environment
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of driving sales and managing operational budgets
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Strong understanding of inventory management and merchandising principles
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Familiarity with POS systems and retail management software is a plus
