As the Kitchen Manager, you will oversee daily kitchen operations, manage staff, and ensure that we deliver exceptional dining experiences. We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $65,000 annually, along with benefits that support your career growth and well-being in the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure quality food preparation
  • Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
  • Develop and update the menu to ensure variety and seasonal offerings
  • Monitor food safety and sanitation practices in the kitchen
  • Control food costs and maintain inventory levels
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment within the kitchen team
  • Collaborate with front-of-house management to ensure efficient service
  • Implement new cooking techniques and trends to enhance food quality

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager or similar role in a casual dining setting
  • Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety standards
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage a diverse team effectively
  • Strong communication skills for collaborating with staff and management
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
  • Familiarity with inventory management and food cost control
  • High school diploma or relevant culinary diploma is preferred
