This full-time, on-site position offers a fantastic opportunity for a culinary professional at the mid-senior level to lead a dedicated kitchen team in a vibrant restaurant environment.

As the Kitchen Manager, you will oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality and safety are maintained. Your leadership will be crucial in managing staff, menu planning, and inventory control, all while fostering a collaborative and positive atmosphere. This role is vital to our mission of delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests, and you will play a key role in driving the success of our restaurant. We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $75,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily kitchen operations, ensuring quality and efficiency
  • Lead and train kitchen staff in food preparation and presentation
  • Develop and update menus in accordance with seasonal offerings
  • Maintain inventory control and manage food costs
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Collaborate with front-of-house staff to enhance guest experience
  • Monitor kitchen equipment and coordinate maintenance as needed
  • Implement best practices in food handling and sanitation
  • Address and resolve any kitchen-related issues promptly
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager or similar role in a restaurant setting
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
