salary range of $60,000 - $70,000 annually, we are committed to rewarding
your dedication and hard work in the thriving restaurant industry.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily kitchen operations, including food preparation and cooking
- Oversee inventory management and food ordering processes
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff
- Develop and update menu items in collaboration with culinary team
- Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
- Monitor kitchen performance and implement improvements
- Foster a positive and productive work environment
Requirements
- Associate degree in Culinary Arts or related field
- Proven experience in kitchen management or culinary leadership
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
