Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation and presentation
  • Manage, train, and mentor kitchen staff to foster a collaborative team environment
  • Develop and update menus, ensuring a focus on fresh, scratch-made dishes
  • Maintain food safety and sanitation standards in compliance with health regulations
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control to optimize kitchen efficiency
  • Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service
  • Monitor food quality and presentation to meet high standards
  • Implement training programs for staff on techniques and safety practices
  • Assist in the development of kitchen policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager or similar role in a fast-paced restaurant environment
  • Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
