NextGen Hospitality Solutions is looking for a Kitchen Manager to lead our
Scratch Kitchen Fast Casual restaurant located in Savannah. This full-time,
on-site position is an exciting opportunity for an experienced culinary
professional who is passionate about delivering high-quality food and
exceptional dining experiences.
As the Kitchen Manager, you will oversee daily kitchen operations,
manage a team of culinary staff, and ensure that our kitchen maintains the
highest standards of food safety and quality. You will play a key role in
menu development, inventory management, and training staff to uphold our
commitment to fresh, scratch-made meals. Join us in shaping the dining

Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation and presentation
- Manage, train, and mentor kitchen staff to foster a collaborative team environment
- Develop and update menus, ensuring a focus on fresh, scratch-made dishes
- Maintain food safety and sanitation standards in compliance with health regulations
- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control to optimize kitchen efficiency
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service
- Monitor food quality and presentation to meet high standards
- Implement training programs for staff on techniques and safety practices
- Assist in the development of kitchen policies and procedures
- Stay current with culinary trends and innovations
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager or similar role in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to create and execute innovative menus
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
- High school diploma; Culinary degree or equivalent is a plus
