We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $75,000 annually, along with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional development within our growing company.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily kitchen operations and staff scheduling
  • Develop and execute innovative menu items
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
  • Oversee inventory management and food cost control
  • Train and mentor kitchen staff on culinary techniques and best practices
  • Collaborate with front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service
  • Maintain a positive and productive kitchen environment
  • Monitor and manage food quality and presentation
  • Implement kitchen policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager or Sous Chef in a high-volume restaurant
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent culinary skills with a passion for cooking and food presentation
  • In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen procedures
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
