NextGen Hospitality Solutions is looking for a Manager of Training & Development to join our dedicated team in Nanuet. This full-time, on-site position offers an exciting opportunity to lead and enhance training initiatives within the restaurant industry.

As the Manager of Training & Development, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing effective training programs that empower our staff and enhance service quality. You will collaborate closely with various departments to ensure our training initiatives align with company goals and industry standards.

We offer a competitive salary range of $86,000 - $96,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for career advancement within our growing company.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for restaurant staff
• Assess training needs and tailor programs to meet organizational objectives
• Conduct training sessions and workshops on customer service and operational excellence
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and assessments
• Collaborate with department heads to identify areas for improvement
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development
• Foster a positive learning environment that encourages staff growth
• Maintain training records and documentation for compliance and reporting purposes

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
• 0-2 years of experience in training and development, preferably in the hospitality industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to engage and motivate diverse groups of employees
• Familiarity with training methodologies and adult learning principles
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and training software
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Passion for the restaurant industry and commitment to staff development
