Responsibilities

  • Assist the General Manager in daily operations and management tasks

  • Support recruitment, training, and development of team members
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues effectively
  • Implement and uphold company policies and procedures
  • Assist in financial management, including budgeting and forecasting

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Hospitality Management preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
