We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 annually, along with benefits and opportunities for career growth within our expanding organization.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the General Manager in managing daily restaurant operations
  • Ensure high standards of food, service, and cleanliness
  • Train, mentor, and supervise restaurant staff
  • Manage inventory and supply orders to maintain stock levels
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly
  • Implement promotional activities to increase customer engagement
  • Monitor financial performance and assist in budgeting
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Assist in recruiting and onboarding new team members
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment
