position of Restaurant Assistant General Manager at our Peachtree City

As the Restaurant Assistant General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in
ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant. You will work closely with
the General Manager to maintain our high standards of service, foster a
positive team culture, and drive operational excellence. This position
offers a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $75,000 annually, along with
a supportive work environment that encourages personal and professional
growth.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily operations of the restaurant
- Supervise and train staff to provide excellent customer service
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Manage inventory and supply chain processes
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure quality food preparation
- Monitor financial performance and assist with budget management
Requirements
- Associate degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- 2+ years of experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles
- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Proficiency in POS systems and restaurant management software
