As the Restaurant Assistant General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant. You will work closely with the General Manager to maintain our high standards of service, foster a positive team culture, and drive operational excellence. This position offers a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $75,000 annually, along with a supportive work environment that encourages personal and professional growth.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the daily operations of the restaurant
  • Supervise and train staff to provide excellent customer service

  • Manage inventory and supply chain processes

Requirements
