Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure smooth functioning
- Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer service and satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Create and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
- Collaborate with culinary staff to optimize menu offerings
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness and organization
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and growth
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform improvements
- Maintain inventory and ordering processes to ensure availability of supplies

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- In-depth knowledge of restaurant management and operations
- Experience with budget management and financial analysis
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food industry
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Proficiency in restaurant management software is a plus
