As the Restaurant General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring operational excellence, enhancing guest experiences, and maintaining the highest standards of service. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer service and satisfaction

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager or similar role
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities
  • In-depth knowledge of restaurant management and operations
  • Experience with budget management and financial analysis
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
  • Proficiency in restaurant management software is a plus
