This full-time, on-site position provides a unique opportunity to manage a vibrant restaurant that emphasizes health-conscious food options and exceptional customer service.

As the Restaurant General Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations, ensuring that our customers enjoy a top-tier dining experience while maintaining our commitment to quality and sustainability. We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $75,000 annually, along with a dynamic work environment that encourages creativity and leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and quality service
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and profitability
  • Train, mentor, and lead restaurant staff to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Manage inventory, including ordering and controlling food and beverage costs
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a fast-casual setting
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Proven track record of increasing sales and profitability
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the restaurant industry
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • High school diploma; a degree in Hospitality Management is a plus
