NextGen Hospitality Solutions is searching for a Restaurant General Manager to lead our Healthy Fast Casual dining establishment located in Lauderdale Lakes. This full-time, on-site position provides a unique opportunity to manage a vibrant restaurant that emphasizes health-conscious food options and exceptional customer service.
As the Restaurant General Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations, ensuring that our customers enjoy a top-tier dining experience while maintaining our commitment to quality and sustainability. You'll work closely with our dedicated team to drive sales, manage inventory, and implement innovative marketing strategies that align with our vision for growth in the competitive restaurant industry. We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $75,000 annually, along with a dynamic work environment that encourages creativity and leadership.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and quality service
- Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and profitability
- Train, mentor, and lead restaurant staff to deliver exceptional customer service
- Manage inventory, including ordering and controlling food and beverage costs

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a fast-casual setting
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proven track record of increasing sales and profitability
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the restaurant industry
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- High school diploma; a degree in Hospitality Management is a plus
