NextGen Hospitality Solutions is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead our Healthy Fast Casual dining establishment in Boca Raton. We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $74,000 annually, along with a dynamic work environment that encourages professional growth and development within the restaurant industry.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar role within the restaurant industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- In-depth knowledge of food service regulations and best practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Strong financial acumen and understanding of profit and loss management
- Experience with health-conscious or fast-casual dining concepts is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Hospitality Management is preferred
