NextGen Hospitality Solutions is looking for an experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead our high-volume fast casual dining establishment in Fayetteville. This full-time, on-site position presents a unique opportunity to manage daily operations, enhance guest experiences, and drive profitability in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

As the Restaurant General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service excellence. You will play a crucial role in fostering a positive team culture, implementing operational strategies, and achieving business goals. Join us in delivering exceptional dining experiences while managing a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $90,000 annually.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and quality
• Lead, train, and develop a diverse team of restaurant staff
• Monitor and manage inventory levels and food costs
• Implement and uphold food safety and sanitation standards
• Enhance guest satisfaction by maintaining high service standards
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback
• Develop and manage budgets to achieve financial targets
• Collaborate with marketing teams to drive promotions and events
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure a positive dining experience
• Analyze financial reports to identify areas for improvement

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in high-volume settings
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations and financial management
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
• Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and restaurant management software
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
