As the Restaurant General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service excellence. Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and quality
  • Lead, train, and develop a diverse team of restaurant staff
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels and food costs
  • Implement and uphold food safety and sanitation standards
  • Enhance guest satisfaction by maintaining high service standards
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to drive promotions and events
  • Resolve customer complaints and ensure a positive dining experience

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in high-volume settings
  • Strong understanding of restaurant operations and financial management
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and restaurant management software
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
