About the Role

This is the GM seat for a fast casual concept with deep roots and a guest base that keeps coming back — not because of a loyalty app, but because the food is genuinely that good. The culinary identity here is real, and protecting it is a core part of what this role is about.

You'll have full ownership of the operation. P&L, people, guest experience — it's yours to run. The expectation is that you lead from the floor, build a team that reflects your standards, and partner with kitchen leadership that shares your commitment to doing things the right way.

No micromanagement. No brand that's embarrassed by its own food. Just a strong concept that needs a strong operator.

Who We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of restaurant leadership in high-volume casual or QSR
  • Current GM, Senior Manager, or AGM ready for the next step
  • Proven ability to manage a P&L and understand the financial drivers of the business
  • A hands-on leader who leads with presence and enjoys being on the floor
  • Someone who genuinely cares about food quality — not just hitting numbers
  • High emotional intelligence and the ability to coach managers, not just manage them

Compensation

Base salary $80K–$100K depending on experience, plus performance-based bonus up to $20K.
