In this role, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while managing a talented staff. Responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant operations and ensure high standards of food and service
• Lead, mentor, and develop restaurant staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Implement and maintain operational policies and procedures
• Monitor financial performance, including budget management and cost control
• Enhance guest satisfaction through quality service and hospitality
• Conduct staff training and performance evaluations
• Maintain inventory levels and manage supplier relationships
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Drive marketing initiatives to promote restaurant offerings
• Address customer feedback and resolve any issues promptly

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager or similar managerial role
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations and hospitality standards
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage budgets and financial reports
• Outstanding communication and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
