NextGen Hospitality Solutions is on the lookout for a dedicated Restaurant General Manager for our Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) in Anaheim. This full-time, on-site position is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to lead our team and drive operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

As the Restaurant General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery and quality standards. Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth functioning
• Lead, train, and motivate the restaurant team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders as necessary to maintain stock
• Implement and enforce health and safety regulations
• Analyze financial reports and manage budgets to meet financial goals
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive sales and customer engagement
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure high satisfaction levels
• Maintain a clean and welcoming environment for guests and staff

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and management
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency in financial management and budgeting
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
• Understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Hospitality Management is preferred
