NextGen Hospitality Solutions is on the lookout for an experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead our upscale casual dining establishment in Centerville. This full-time, on-site position provides a unique opportunity to shape the dining experience and drive operational excellence in a vibrant industry.

In this role, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring top-notch service and an exceptional dining atmosphere for our guests. We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000 - $85,000 annually, along with a supportive work environment and opportunities for career advancement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant to ensure high-quality service and guest satisfaction
• Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver outstanding dining experiences
• Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control to optimize profitability
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Monitor financial performance and implement improvements as necessary

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in an upscale casual environment
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Proficiency in restaurant management software and POS systems
• Solid understanding of financial management and budgeting
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
