This full-time, on-site role is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated leader who is passionate about providing exceptional dining experiences and driving operational excellence within the restaurant industry.

As the Restaurant General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness are met. You will lead and motivate a team of skilled professionals, cultivate a positive work environment, and develop innovative strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. This role plays a vital part in achieving our business goals and maintaining our reputation as a premier dining destination.

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $90,000 annually, along with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for career advancement within our growing company.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Manage and train restaurant staff to provide excellent service and maintain high standards
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and profitability
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional manner
• Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
• Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals and performance expectations
• Analyze sales and financial data to make informed decisions for business growth

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager or in a similar role
• Strong understanding of restaurant management and operations
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
