As the Restaurant Manager, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring that our guests receive top-notch service and quality food. We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $75,000 annually, along with a supportive work environment and opportunities for career advancement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Monitor inventory levels and manage supplier relationships
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
• Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
• Coordinate special events and promotions to increase restaurant visibility
• Ensure high standards of food quality and presentation

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar managerial role
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and customer service principles
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in restaurant management software and POS systems
• Understanding of budgeting and financial management
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in hospitality management is a plus
