NextGen Hospitality Solutions is looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our polished casual full-service team in Marietta. This full-time, on-site position offers an exciting opportunity to lead a vibrant dining environment where exceptional service and culinary excellence are at the forefront of our mission.
As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining quality standards within the establishment. You will collaborate closely with kitchen staff and front-of-house teams to create a memorable dining experience that aligns with our company's goals. We offer a salary range of $60,000 - $70,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and team performance
- Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction
- Manage staff recruitment, training, and development
- Implement and uphold food safety and sanitation standards
- Monitor inventory levels and manage procurement
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors
- Create staff schedules and manage labor costs
- Analyze financial reports and drive profitability initiatives
- Enhance the restaurant’s menu and promotional strategies
- Communicate effectively with both front-of-house and back-of-house staff
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in restaurant management software and POS systems
- Solid understanding of food and beverage operations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience managing budgets and financial reports
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred)
