NextGen Hospitality Solutions is looking for a skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team in Nanuet. This full-time, on-site position offers a unique opportunity to lead operations in a fast-paced Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) environment while enjoying the benefit of one closed weekend day each week.
As the Restaurant Manager, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring exceptional service and operational excellence. You will play a critical role in managing staff, optimizing workflow, and maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. Your leadership will directly contribute to enhancing the customer experience and achieving business objectives within the vibrant restaurant industry.
We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $75,000 annually, along with a supportive work environment and opportunities for career advancement within our growing company.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the restaurant to ensure a high level of service
- Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Monitor and maintain food quality and safety standards
- Oversee inventory management and control food costs
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Prepare and analyze financial reports to drive performance improvements
