We offer a competitive salary range of $170,000 - $245,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional development within a dynamic and innovative company culture.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance restaurant performance

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Vice President of Operations or similar role in the restaurant industry
- Strong understanding of operational management and business development
- Excellent leadership and team management skills

- Solid financial acumen with experience in budget management
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
- Proficient in operational software and tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field (Master's preferred)
