Position Overview
As the Social Media Manager, you’ll lead the day-to-day execution of social media strategy across key digital platforms. You’ll be responsible for creating content, managing posting calendars, growing engagement, and helping bring the brand to life online in a way that feels relevant, polished, and true to the company’s culture.
You’ll work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure social media efforts support broader business goals while building awareness, guest engagement, and brand loyalty.
Key Areas of Focus
Brand Storytelling and Content Creation
- Create engaging, on-brand content for social media platforms including photo, video, captions, and short-form content
- Help bring the brand’s voice, culture, and guest experience to life in a way that feels authentic and consistent
- Develop content that highlights food, people, atmosphere, community, and brand moments
- Ensure all content reflects a clear and compelling visual and verbal identity
Social Media Strategy and Execution
- Manage the social media calendar and maintain a consistent posting schedule
- Execute content plans that support brand awareness, traffic, promotions, events, and overall engagement
- Adapt strategy based on performance, seasonality, trends, and business priorities
- Help identify opportunities to grow reach and strengthen audience connection across platforms
Community Engagement
- Monitor social media channels and engage with followers in a timely, thoughtful, and brand-appropriate way
- Help build a strong online community through comments, messages, and interactive content
- Stay aware of trends, conversations, and opportunities to participate in relevant cultural moments
- Support a digital experience that feels responsive, welcoming, and human
Collaboration and Brand Alignment
- Partner with internal teams to support campaigns, launches, store-level initiatives, and brand storytelling efforts
- Work cross-functionally to gather content, highlight key initiatives, and ensure consistency across messaging
- Help maintain alignment between social media efforts and the broader marketing direction
- Contribute ideas that strengthen the brand’s online presence and guest connection
Analytics and Performance
- Track engagement, audience growth, content performance, and other key metrics
- Use insights to refine strategy and improve results over time
- Help identify what content is resonating and where opportunities exist for stronger performance
- Provide regular reporting and recommendations based on trends and outcomes
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or content-focused brand management
- Strong understanding of social platforms, content trends, and audience engagement
- Experience creating content that is both strategic and visually compelling
- Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay creative in a fast-paced environment
- Strong sense of brand voice, tone, and storytelling
- Hospitality, restaurant, lifestyle, or consumer brand experience is a plus
