What you'll be doing:

As a Business Planning Manager, you'll own the strategic planning process and help shape where the business is headed. Day-to-day, you'll:

• Build out business planning frameworks and processes that actually work
• Dig into market data, spot trends, and turn them into strategic recommendations
• Work with finance and ops teams to build forecasts that stand up to scrutiny
• Create business reports and presentations that executives care about
• Track what's working and what isn't and push for meaningful improvements
• Lead strategic projects across different teams
• Run planning sessions with senior leadership
• Surface insights that move the needle on business performance

You'll fit right in if you have:

• Consulting experience (MBB, Big 4, or boutique firms)
• 5+ years doing business planning, financial analysis, or strategic planning
• Strong analytical chops and the ability to make complex things simple
• Great communication skills (you can pitch ideas to senior stakeholders and get buy-in)
• Comfort with data tools and business intelligence platforms
• A track record of managing strategic projects from start to finish
• The flexibility to thrive in a hybrid work setup
• An eye for detail and a focus on getting results
