Strategy & Operations Consultant

What you’ll be responsible for:

Selected candidates will act as strategic partners to leadership, translating priorities into clear roadmaps, owning cross-functional workstreams, and building the operational rhythm that keeps high-impact projects moving. 

You will:

• Turn leadership goals into clear plans, roadmaps, and projects  
• Own key workstreams across strategy, operations, go-to-market (GTM), or transformation
• Analyze performance and surface insights that drive decisions  
• Design and improve processes so teams execute faster  
• Partner with senior stakeholders (C-suite, VP, functional heads) on high-impact initiatives
• Build clear reporting so everyone knows what's working

You'll be a strong match if you:

• Have 2–7+ years of consulting, strategy, or ops experience
• Work directly with senior stakeholders on complex projects
• Move easily from high-level thinking to hands-on execution
• Are comfortable with data, analysis, and turning insight into action
• Preferably, have experience in top-tier consulting environments (e.g., MBB, Big 4, Accenture)

If you've worked on strategy, ops, PMO, or transformation projects, multiple companies in our network are likely looking for you.
