What you'll be responsible for:

The selected candidate for the VP Operations role will lead operational strategy and execution at the highest level, driving enterprise-wide transformation and building the infrastructure to support ambitious growth. You will report directly to the C-suite and own the operational foundation of the business. You will:

• Define and execute the operational strategy, setting priorities, allocating resources, and ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Build, lead, and develop high-performing operations teams, attracting top talent, fostering a culture of excellence, and developing future leaders
• Build and scale operating models, governance structures, and systems that enable the company to grow efficiently
• Partner with the executive team to drive high-impact strategic initiatives
• Establish enterprise-wide metrics, dashboards, and reporting that provide real-time visibility into business performance and operational health
• Serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, contributing to overall business strategy and representing operations in board-level discussions
   

You'll be a strong match if you have:

• 10+ years of experience in consulting (MBB preferred)
• A proven track record of leading operations at scale, including building new functions from scratch, transforming underperforming operations, or driving enterprise-wide change
• Strategic vision combined with operational excellence—you set ambitious goals and ensure flawless execution
• Deep expertise across multiple operational domains (process design, supply chain, technology operations, organisational design, performance management)
• Executive presence and influence, i.e., you operate effectively at the C-suite and board level, drive alignment across the organisation, and represent the company externally
• Track record of delivering transformational results with measurable improvements in efficiency, cost reduction, revenue growth, or customer satisfaction
