You will be the lead developer of prototypes and MVP genAI solutions for a Nexus3 portfolio company. Working closely with our team, you will design and implement prototypes and infrastructure for genAI applications. You will also collaborate with the business development team to understand customer needs and rapidly develop prototypes that validate hypotheses.

Responsibilities

• Design and prototype genAI and agentic AI based applications
• Develop novel algorithms and solution methodologies
• Collaborate with software engineers on how to turn a prototype to a software product
• Collaborate with business development team to align on customer needs and ideate product features

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related field
• Familiarity with LLM's, genAI, and agentic AI systems
• Prior experience in data engineering with a focus on document processing
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for discussing technical solutions with a range of stakeholders
• Ability to work and research independently and take initiative
• Solution architecture experience including data backend

Preferred

• Demonstrated experience delivering genAI products into production
• Exposure to LLM-based applications that require external handling and retrieval of large and complex documents
• Experience creating and implementing a scalable document processing pipeline
• Familiarity with newly released agentic frameworks and tools (Langchain, CrewAI, etc.) that amplify and harness the power of large language models
• Active Github project portfolio
