Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Sales Representative to expand our market presence and drive revenue growth. In this role, you will be responsible for building relationships with potential clients, demonstrating our software solutions, and closing sales deals with building maintenance decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed assigned sales targets
- Identify, prospect, and cultivate relationships with potential clients in the building maintenance sector
- Conduct compelling product demonstrations that effectively communicate the value of our software solutions
- Understand and address the unique challenges faced by building maintenance teams
- Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs
- Negotiate contracts and manage the sales cycle from lead to close
- Collaborate with the product and technical teams to align client needs with solution capabilities
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM system and generate regular sales reports
- Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape
- Mentor junior sales team members and share best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of successful B2B software sales experience, preferably in facility management or related industries
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of the building maintenance sector and its operational challenges
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to translate technical features into business benefits for non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with CRM systems and sales methodologies
- Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant experience may substitute formal education
