Nurses on Call Inc is seeking a entry level and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to serve as the primary point of contact for our customers. The CSR will handle inquiries, resolve complaints, process orders, and ensure a positive customer experience through phone, email, chat, or in-person interactions.

As a Customer Services Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our patients receive the support and assistance they need. You will be the first point of contact for inquiries and concerns, contributing to the overall patient experience and satisfaction. This position is vital in helping us maintain our commitment to exceptional care and service.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person.

Qualifications
