Responsibilities:

- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assist in scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
- Handle inquiries and provide accurate information
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication
- Perform basic administrative tasks such as data entry and filing
Requirements:
