Executive Assistant to the Director
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our Director. This role is pivotal to ensuring the smooth functioning of the Director’s office and enabling high-level decision-making processes. The Executive Assistant will manage confidential information, coordinate meetings, oversee communications, and assist with strategic projects and initiatives that contribute to the overall success of the foundation.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the Director’s calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements; prepare detailed itineraries.
- Draft, edit, and prepare correspondence, presentations, reports, and other official documents.
- Conduct research, compile data, and create analytical reports to support decision-making.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.
- Handle confidential information with integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
- Organize and maintain both physical and digital records and files.
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of special projects, events, and initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role supporting senior leadership.
- Education: MCA (Master of Computer Applications) with strong technical proficiency.
- Advanced expertise in data analysis and MS Excel.
- Fluent English communication skills, with the ability to confidently handle international clients and meetings.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving capability.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant productivity software.
- Demonstrated ability to manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (preferred).
