Orion Water Treatment is looking for a dedicated Field Sales Engineer to join our Sales team in Noida. This full-time, on-site position is ideal for entry-level candidates eager to start their careers in the graphic design and web design industry.

As a Field Sales Engineer, you will play a crucial role in promoting our innovative water treatment solutions to potential clients. You will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions that enhance their operations. We offer a competitive salary range of ₹14,000 - ₹16,000 monthly, along with a supportive work environment that encourages professional development.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential clients in the water treatment sector
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to customers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure client satisfaction
  • Assist in the preparation of sales proposals and contracts
  • Attend industry events and trade shows to promote our products
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and report on sales performance

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Previous internship or experience in sales is a plus
