Orion Water Treatment is looking for a Field Sales Engineer to join our dynamic Sales team in Kochi. This full-time, hybrid position provides a unique opportunity to engage with clients and contribute to innovative solutions in the Graphic Design and Web Design industry.

In this role, you will be instrumental in driving sales and providing technical expertise to our clients. As a Field Sales Engineer, you will engage with customers to understand their needs, demonstrate our products, and help tailor solutions that enhance their operations. Your contributions will directly impact the success of our projects and client satisfaction.

We offer a competitive salary range of ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 monthly, along with a supportive work environment and opportunities for career advancement.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential clients to promote our solutions
• Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations
• Understand client requirements and customize solutions accordingly
• Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure client success
• Prepare and deliver proposals and quotes to clients
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and provide ongoing support
• Attend industry events and trade shows to represent the company
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitors

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Sales, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in field sales or technical sales
• Strong understanding of graphic design and web design principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong problem-solving skills and a client-focused approach
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and events
