We are looking for an Entry-Level Administrative Clerk-Date Management to join Pacific Sun Electric, a leading company in the Electrical/Electronic Manufacturing industry. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring efficient data management processes, contributing to the overall success of the organization. You will be involved in a variety of projects related to data entry, organization, and maintenance, making accuracy and attention to detail key aspects of this position.

Responsibilities:

  • Input and update data in databases and spreadsheets accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Organize and maintain physical and digital files, ensuring easy retrieval of information.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documentation as needed.
  • Respond to inquiries and requests for information from both internal and external parties.
  • Perform clerical tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
  • Support the team in daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
  • Verify data by comparing it to source documents to ensure accuracy.
  • Identify and correct errors in data to prevent duplication and maintain data integrity.

Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and management tasks.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also being a team player.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with colleagues.
  • Basic knowledge of office equipment such as printers, scanners, and photocopiers.
  • Capability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and data.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and software for data management.
