Position Overview

Palm Craft is seeking a skilled Cabinetry Installer to join our dedicated team of craftsmen. This position offers the opportunity to work with premium materials on luxury residential projects while advancing your career in high-end custom cabinetry installation. You will be responsible for the precise installation of European frameless and American framed cabinet systems, ensuring our clients receive the exceptional quality and service Palm Craft is known for.

Key Responsibilities

• Install custom kitchen cabinets, vanities, and built-in storage solutions
• Mount countertops, hardware, and decorative elements with attention to detail
• Maintain clean, organized work sites and follow safety protocols
• Collaborate with project managers and designers to execute client visions
• Provide professional customer service and represent Palm Craft's quality standards
• Troubleshoot installation challenges and implement effective solutions

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of cabinet installation experience
• Proficiency with power tools, measuring equipment, and hand tools
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work in various positions
